How to set up FitoWatch?
To access all of the FitoWatch features please download the FitPro app to your mobile phone. To do so, please follow the link

How to sync FitoWatch with my device?
To do so, please:
- Download the FitPro app to your mobile phone.
- Turn on Bluetooth that will appear promptly on the screen.
- Connect to the fitnesstracker and click on ID152 to bind. You’ll find your FitoWatch data on both your phone and watch when both devices are turned on. If both devices are far apart from each other, they’ll sync their data when they're close together again.

Can I return FitoWatch?
If you are not 100% happy with your order simply return it within 30 days of purchase in the condition you receive it, and we will offer you an exchange or refund no questions asked! Simply contact our customer support via support@getfitowatch.com.

How long does it take to receive my order?
It takes 5 - 12 days to receive your purchase.
In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and well-being of their drivers and our customers, therefore it can take a bit longer than usual for your order to arrive. Can I get a refund?
Eligible reasons to return the purchase or get a refund:
- The Customer is unsatisfied with the product and 30 calendar days have not yet passed after the delivery;
- The Product is broken and the warranty is still valid;
- The cancellation was made in 12 hours after the purchase.
